Information for students
What is UNIGRAZonline?
- UNIGRAZonline is the information management system of University of Graz.
- All members of University of Graz (staff and students) have authorised access to this system.
- UNIGRAZonline runs a database in which all student-related data, especially such data relating to examinations and lecture courses, is gathered.
- Students are able to process personal data, retrieve exam data and all information concerning lecture courses (place, time, content, and tutor).
- Data is prepared in such a way that students have a clear overall view of their academic progress.
- Search functions are available for persons, rooms, institutes and curricula, etc.

Applications for admission to programmes (registration or inscription) are dealt with/at our Academic Affairs office. Students receive their PIN code upon admission and are able to use it as soon as their tuition fees and Austrian Students’ Union membership fee are paid in.
PLEASE NOTE:
Paying in your tuition fee and Austrian Students’ Union membership fee will mean that you will have re-registered for the next semester of your study programme.
You can find out more about due payments and received payments via your personal business card by clicking on the “tuition fee status” link.
You can find more information on the website of the Student Administration Office
All information is sent exclusively to the e-mail address provided by the University of Graz.
