What we are responsible for:
- Enquiries relating to specific areas of organisation, research and teaching on UNIGRAZonline
- Enquiries relating to role administration, organisation maintenance, etc.
- Maintenance of types of function per type of organisation in agreement with operational coordination (based on the applicable organisation plan)
- University-wide assignment of functions (based on announcements in our University Gazette; including functions such as rector, vice rector, dean, dean of studies, etc.)
- Registry of UNIGRAZonline representatives of faculties and central units in the system
- Authorisation management on the university level
