Your index card gives you an overall view of your current master data and course history data, i.e. completed study courses, if applicable. This includes certification of access to higher education, (final) examinations and participation in tutorials (LVs), as well as tutorials for which you are currently enrolled.
Remember that you can only view your data on the card and not, for example, use it to enrol onto a tutorial.
